Глава 13. Наблюдающий
С недоступных высот кто-то наблюдал за всем происходящим. Эльмореден был для него подобен маленькому мячику, болтающемуся на нитке.
Но иногда маска напускного равнодушия сменялась на его лице улыбкой. Пусть даже на мгновение, люди доставляли ему радость. Люди, его неудавшееся творение. Эти создания, которые были просто выброшены на материк, эволюционировали и теперь вместе с другими творениями Эйнхасад собираются противостоять Шилен. Где-то в глубине души он даже чувствовал гордость.
Пророк, который долгое время находился рядом с ним, спросил: «На чьей вы будете стороне?» «Конечно же, на стороне своего ребенка» — был ответ.
«Почему же вы с таким удовольствием смотрите на этих созданий?» — не понял Айнховант. Наблюдающий расхохотался, а отсмеявшись, вкрадчиво произнес: «Они ведь тоже мои дети»...

From inaccessible heights someone observed of all event. Эльмореден for him it was similar to the small ball which is dangling on a thread.
But sometimes the mask of affected indifference was replaced on his face by a smile. Let even for an instant, people delivered him pleasure. People, his unfortunate creation. These creations which have been thrown simply out on continent, evolved and now together with other creations of Ejnhasad Shilen are going to resist. Somewhere at heart he even took pride.
The prophet who long time was near to it, has asked: «On whose you will be to the party?» «Certainly, on the party of the child» — there was an answer.
«Then why you with such pleasure look on these creations?» — hasn't understood Ajnhovant. Observing has burst out laughing, and отсмеявшись, has insinuatingly said: «They after all too my children»...

Gotta love this pic! Despite the way he is described in the lore and how people say he is dumb and weak I think in this whole Goddess of Destruction he has yet to play his hand. If anything Gran Kain reminds me of Lucifer, with Pride being his greatest sin, that and of course the whole aspect where he tempted, seduced, deceived and corrupted others. You should try to draw his Knight in Black Armor aspect next, I am 110% sure you would do a kick ass job.
